International Shipping

Faraway ships worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye. All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $500 USD.

For orders under $500 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 1–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays caused by customs, local authorities or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking information.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after your shipment has been collected.

Duties & Import Taxes

Faraway covers all duties and import taxes associated with your international shipment. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@farawayclothing.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any other issue with your delivery, please contact us at info@farawayclothing.com and we'll help you.

If your parcel appears damaged when it arrives, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and the item before disposing of the packaging.

Returns

International returns are accepted subject to our return conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
