Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Faraway ships worldwide from Istanbul, Türkiye. International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods, it may take us a little longer.

Once dispatched, international orders generally arrive within 1–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

You'll receive an email with your DHL tracking information once your order is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking information.

If you have a Faraway account, you can also find your order information under My Orders.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

Faraway covers all duties and import taxes associated with your international shipment, so you will not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is made securely online at the time of purchase.

Can I return my order?

Yes. International returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags attached.

Swimsuits and bikini bottoms may only be returned if the protective hygiene liner remains intact.

Underwear, jewellery and cosmetic products cannot be returned. Final Sale items and products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase are also non-returnable.

How do I make an international return?

Complete the return form included with your order and email it to info@farawayclothing.com.

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for where and how to send your return. The return destination may vary depending on your location, so please wait for our instructions before sending your package.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund.

If your original order qualified for complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost incurred in sending your order will also be deducted from your refund.

If you paid for shipping when placing your order, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

We don't charge any additional return or processing fees.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't currently offer exchanges for international orders. If you would like another size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your refund has been issued, we'll send you an email. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Where are Faraway pieces made?

Faraway is based in Istanbul, and every Faraway piece is designed, sampled and made here. We work with local pattern makers, ateliers and specialist producers, producing most pieces in small quantities.
