How do I sign up?
You can register for an account directly from our home page or by clicking here.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $200 in the USA. Free international shipping on orders over $400 from Europe.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship all over the world.

What form of payments do you accept?
You can make secure online payments with the following credit and debit cards:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit
When paying by card we take payment at the time your order is placed.

Can I pay by Stripe online?
We accept payment by Stripe now. 
When do you take payment from me?
For all online orders we take payment at the time your order is placed.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in a currency that is determined by your delivery destination. We currently have only USD currency available for online payment.

Can I get free delivery and returns in the US & Europe?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free returns on orders over $400.
The following items cannot be returned:
Pierced jewellery (eg. earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Selected wellbeing items (eg. herbal blend apothecary items etc.) cannot be returned, unless faulty.
This will be stated on the product page of the item when you purchase.

We are not offering an exchange service for items. Except for size changes, if you want to exchange for size please contact us.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.
What is your online return policy?
All returns must be sent back two weeks after delivery. 

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Faraway reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

For orders outside of Turkey please e-mail us at info@farawayclothing.com to receive a return label. 
Items that are marked as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged.
