Free express shipping on orders over $200 via DHL on all orders from US & Europe.
We pay all applicable import duties and fees for your order from Turkey to US & Europe.

Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders from the US and Europe.

What form of payments do you accept?

When paying by card we take payment at the time your order is placed.

Can I pay by Stripe online?
We accept payment by Stripe now.

What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in a currency that is determined by your delivery destination. We currently have only USD currency available for online payment.

Can I get free delivery and returns in the US & Europe?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free returns on orders over $200.
The following items cannot be returned:
Pierced jewellery (eg. earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Selected wellbeing items (eg. herbal blend apothecary items etc.) cannot be returned, unless faulty.
This will be stated on the product page of the item when you purchase.

We are not offering an exchange service for items. Except for size changes, if you want to exchange for size please contact us.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.
What is your online return policy?
Visit your customer account at the website and ask for an exchange as enter your order number in the message box (you can find order number located on your order and delivery confirmation emails).

We will let you know the DHL waybill number with the transport label.
Print off the returns label and customs declaration form and attach these to your parcel.
Await your booked collection or drop off your parcel.

During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed once it is received into our warehouse.

Please keep the DHL tracking/waybill number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Faraway reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Are there any additional charges for shipping outside of the US & Europe?
We offer free shipping irrespective of the amount of items or the weight of the delivery. All international orders are delivered by DHL, our preferred global carrier. For deliveries to Europe, We will pay all applicable import duties, local sales taxes and fees associated with shipping your order. For deliveries outside of the US and Europe, import duties and local sales tax may be payable on receipt of your order, determined by the items you are ordering and the total value of your order.
