We offer free shipping on all orders above $400. Orders below this amount are charged a flat rate based on the destination country.

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days from our Istanbul warehouse via DHL Express.

All prices include taxes and duties. These fees are non-refundable in the case of a return.

If an international order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, return and restocking fees will apply.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns that are initiated and shipped back to us within 20 days upon delivery. 

All items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to duties and taxes, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

Shipping Your Return

Items should be shipped in their original packaging if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, ensure you do not use a package larger than necessary, as this may increase your return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. After you initiate your return, a prepaid label will be created, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Processing

Please ensure that your return form is included with your return shipment so we can identify your order. Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 7 business days. During high volume periods, returns may experience additional delays. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Return Procedure

Fill out the accompanying return form and email it to info@farawayclothing.com. Once we receive your return request, we will email you the DHL Returns Label and any necessary customs documentation. Please print these forms and include them with your return package.

You can choose to book a DHL Pickup at your convenience or drop off your parcel at a local DHL Service Point. Please visit the DHL website to schedule a pickup.

Orders discounted at 30% or more, items marked Final Sale, or purchases made during site-wide promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Price adjustments are available within 7 days of purchase. Daily deal items are not eligible for price adjustments.

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale or already discounted items.

Bikini-swimsuits with the protective film removed, underwear, and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

Gift Cards

We offer digital gift cards that never expire.

Gift cards are sent directly to the email address provided on the gift card page. You can also enter the recipient’s email there.

 

Using & Returning with Gift Cards

Orders placed fully or partially with a gift card can be returned in line with our return policy.

If a return is made, the refunded amount will be issued back to the gift card. Gift cards can be used again on future orders.

If you need your gift card re-sent, please contact us.

Please note, we are unable to offer cash refunds for purchases made with gift cards.

You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.

All of our garments are made in Istanbul, in small quantities, with care in every step.

We choose our materials thoughtfully — with the body in mind, and the world around it.

 

Size Guide

We use European sizing, with US size conversions available on each product’s size chart.

Each piece has its own measurements, as fit can vary depending on fabric and shape. Because we work with different materials, the fit may differ slightly from one piece to another.

We recommend comparing your measurements with the size chart on the product page to find your best fit.
