How do I sign up?
You can register for an account directly from our home page or by clicking here.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $200 in the USA. Free international shipping on orders over $500 from everywhere else.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship all over the world.

What form of payments do you accept?
You can make secure online payments with the following credit and debit cards:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit
When paying by card we take payment at the time your order is placed.

Can I pay by Stripe online?
We accept payment by Stripe now. 

When do you take payment from me?
For all online orders we take payment at the time your order is placed.

What currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in a currency that is determined by your delivery destination. We currently have only USD currency available for online payment.


Can I get free delivery and returns in the US & Europe?
Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.

Can I pay on delivery?
No, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.

Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.


What is your online return policy?

We accept returns that are initiated and shipped back to us within 14 days from your delivery date.  Please note the following conditions:

Condition of Items

All items must be in new and unworn condition, with tags still attached.

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns for final sale items.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. After you initiate your return, a prepaid label will be created, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Processing

Please ensure that your return form is included with your return shipment so we can identify your order. Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 7 business days. During high volume periods, returns may experience additional delays. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for items.

Shipping Your Return

Items should be shipped in their original packaging if possible. If you do not have the original packaging, ensure you do not use a package larger than necessary, as this may increase your return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

Fill out the accompanying return form and email it to info@farawayclothing.com. Once we receive your return request, we will email you the DHL Returns Label and any necessary customs documentation. Please print these forms and include them with your return package.

You can choose to book a DHL Pickup at your convenience or drop off your parcel at a local DHL Service Point. Please visit the DHL website to schedule a pickup.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Bikini-swimsuits with the protective film removed (for hygiene purposes).

- Underwear, jewelry, and cosmetic products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase.
