Prices are shown in a currency that is determined by your delivery destination. We currently have only USD currency available for online payment.

Yes. We offer free standard delivery on all orders.

Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free returns on orders over $400.
The following items cannot be returned:
Underwear, jewelry and cosmetic products; returns of products specified under Final Sale and/or with a discount of 70% or more cannot be accepted.
You can return your order within 14 days from the day it was delivered. Products that are returned to us after 14 days and/or whose return conditions are not met are automatically sent back to our customers.
Your products must be returned labeled and unused. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms cannot be returned if their protective films are removed.
You can fill out the return form included in your package and send it to us with your return. For information about return conditions, please review the return form included in your package.

No, all orders must be paid for at the time of order.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in ‘My Orders’ or in the shipping confirmation email sent to your email.
What is your online return policy?
All returns must be sent back two weeks after delivery.
All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. Faraway reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
